Neon Rainbow Nails

Hiya Everyone! I tried today to do neon rainbow nails, this was my first time trying it out so keep that in mind when you look at the picture. First I used m fantasea nail hardener base coat followed by two coats of Orly's Softest White Polish to make the neon colors pop. I used these colors in this order with a paintbrush, the colors are China Glaze's Pool Party, Jessica Cosmetics Blue Blast and Yellow Flame, Sinful Colors Dream On, Jessica Cosmetics Orange Zest and topped it all off with a coat of Orly's Sec N' Dry.
