Best Dishwasher Detergent On A Budget

Hiya! I'm back and here today to talk about the best dishwasher detergent on a budget. Let's be real, dishwashing detergents and liquids and gels can get expensive real quick.  Pictures below are three different products I have purchased and let me tell you, the ingredients ARE THE SAME, and you'd be surprised at the price difference.

First, I bought the Cascade gel packs, the only extra ingredient in these is the gel ingredient itself, otherwise all of the products pictured are the same. The cascade did NOTHING. This was the worst dishwashing detergent I have found at the whopping price of 10.00!

Next, I did a little research and came to the conclusion I should try the Great Value Walmart brand detergent and I did, I bought it for 4.00 and it did better but wasn't the best.

Walking through Dollar Tree the other day I stumbled across the Sun Brand of dishwashing detergent and for only 1.00 I decided why the heck not and bought it. Low and behold, this is the absolute best dishwasher detergent I have found and I've tried everything,

I would highly suggest trying the Sun Detergent at dollar tree or dollar general or family dollar and giving it a try if your looking for a cheap and amazing dishwashing detergent.

Hard Candy Baked Blush Review

Hiya Everyone!
I'm here today to talk about the Hard Candy Baked Blush in the Shade Honeymoon!

I purchased mine at Walmart, the only retailer that carries Hard Candy.
Honeymoon is a peachy pinkish purple shade and sheer but beautiful on the skin.

I love these baked blushes because they are great quality and never disappoint. Do you have any of these blushes? Let me know in the comments below, what are your thoughts on them?

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner

Hiya Everyone!
I tested out the Herbal Essence hello Hydration 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner recently and I must say I love it!

Usually I am not a fan of 2 in 1 products just for the sole reason they make my hair greasy and stringy for some unknown reason. But, I seen this at the store and thought I'd give it a shot. What sold me on it was the fusion of Hawaiian coconut!

I love coconut but this barely has any coconut smell. To me it just smells fresh and clean and this gets my hair super clean, just as clean as a seperate shampoo and conditioner would.

I purchased mine at walmart for 2.97 but I have seen this at other drugstores and grocery stores.

Thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed.

NYC New York Color Big Bold Plumping and Shine Lip Gloss

Hiya!
I'm here today telling you all about the NYC New York Color Big Bold Plumping and Shine Lip Gloss. That's a mouth full! I received this product complimentary from influenster last month to try out and review.

When I got it I thought, oh another lip gloss to add to my collection but when I used it I found this very comparable to my urban decay pocket rocket glosses that I love so much!

The colors in this line are phenominal and they all smell like desserts in my opinion!

The gloss has a tiny bit of shimmer but not a lot, about the perfect amount. I didn't notice any plumping of my lips but a good gloss is enough. Its sticky but not overly sticky to where your lips stick together and it becomes a sticky mess.

The applicator wand on this product is HUGE! It makes it a little more difficult to apply but it works just the same!

I hope you enjoyed my quick little review!

Organix Pomegranate Green Tea Shampoo and Conditioner

Hiya Everyone!
Today I am reviewing the Organix Pomegranate Green Tea Shampoo and Conditioner. I was looking for a new shampoo and conditioner when I came across this one at Walgreens. It smells amazing which is what instantly sold me but its also sulfate free which I wanted. So...I bought them and came home and used them, I have been using them for a couple of months now. It smells amazing like I said, It suds up in the shower very well and it gets my hair very clean. The only real problem with this is that it really dries out my hair. I need more moisture in my hair if anything so I do not need a shampoo and conditioner drying out my hair. I love the brand and have tried other things so I think I will try out the coconut milk shampoo and conditioner next but I will not be buying this one again just because of the drying effect. I love the packaging on these as well but I feel like for the price you are getting LESS product than if you bought a different shampoo. These are available at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, and Ulta.
Thanks for reading!

ImPRESS Nails Review!!!

Hiya Everyone!
I have a recent new discovery thanks to Grav3yardgirl on Youtube. (I will have her linked below, you should go subscribe and join the Swamp Family!) Well through her videos she introduced me to the ImPRESS Press on Manicure or Press on Nails. I am in LOVE with these. The nails require NO GLUE, everything you need is in the box when you buy them. I buy mine at Walmart and Walgreens and they run anywhere from 5.49-5.99 but you get two uses out of one box. The nails claim to stay on for 1 week if applied properly and they do, I had my last pair on for 8 days before one came loose and I just took them off. They make your nails look so perfect with very little effort. My favorite print in the ImPRESS nails is the print called, Vamp It Up, which is pictured below, its the tie dye print. Impress also has these for your toe nails! I love those as well! I think the toe nail ones last longer than the finger nails in my opinion. With these you can't go wrong!

Olay Fresh Effects Va-Va-Vivid

Hey Everyone! I'm here telling all of you about this magic little device called the Olay Fresh Effects Va-Va-Vivid! I recieved it complimentary from Influenster for Testing purposes. I was going to purchase this before I recieved it but it was a pleasant surprise when I recieved in in my voxbox! This is a small vibrating brush that has a triangular head and rubber like bristles that gets into hard to reach places on your face like the cracks beside your nose. The triangular shape makes it so it can reach these places and the bristles sort of deep clean your face! I recieved a travel size of the Shine Shine Go Away Cleanser and the next day I went to the store and bought the full size because it worked on my face so well and I didn't want to run out! I highly recommend this if your looking for a new skincare routine or if your looking for a new way to clean your face!

Check out http://www.olayfresheffects.com and for purchasing information go to http://www.olayfresheffects.com or http://amazon.com and they are also available at Walmart and Target!

Sally Hansen Salon Effects

Hiya Everyone, I'm back again, this time to tell everybody about the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips. I recieved this set complimentary to test and review from Influenster but that does not affect my review on them whatsoever. I recieved mine in the design called Laced Up, its a nude color nail with black lace design. I used these for a special event I went to and I got so many compliments on my nails. These normally retail for 9.99 which is a bit pricey and they stay on about 10 days, another set I had stayed on for 3 WEEKS! These are amazing quality. When you buy them they come with teh nail strips, a cuticle stick, and a mini file and buffer. They are super easy to apply and quick. One tip I do have is make sure your nails are clean and dry before applying the strips and it helps to file down the surface of your nail a bit as well. I can't wait to try other types of the Sally Hansen Salon Nail Effect Nail Polish Strips, theres a butterfly design that I can't seem to find in any store I go to. These are wold online and at retail stores like Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. I will link Influenster if you'd like to sign up. Thanks for reading!

ImPRESS Nails

Hiya Everyone! I am here today to tell you all about ImPRESS Nails. ImPRESS Nails are a press on manicure with glue already on them! There are little plastic tabs on each nail for you to peel off before you stick the nail onto your own nail. These are great for going out with friends, dates, meetings, any occassion where you want something extra on your nails or just everyday use! The package states they last up to a week, I don't think this is true because I wore mine and after about 3 days they started falling off. One good thing about this product though is they include extra sizes of the nails incase a nail falling off does happen and you can just replace it! I paid 7.99 for these at CVS but I know they carry them at Walmart, Walgreens, and Rite Aid as well. There are many different designs and colors. The design pictured below is called Working Girl. I purchased several sets of these because I just love the designs and how they feel on my nails. They're not too long but they're also not too short. I can still do things in these just like I do when I am not wearing press on nails. I still text, I still clean, I still type, I can do everything I can with them that I do without them! Thanks for reading!

Big Collective HAUL

Hiya Everyone! well this is my BIG collective HAUL that I have been saying I was going to do. This is over a matter of 3-4 days of shopping. There are a few things that were sent to me for free that I will point out as I go along but mostly everything I purchased with my own money.
Enjoy the Haulage!

WOW! I hadn't realized how much I had bought before I put it all together...I may have a shopping problem. I will just go down and sort of list the things in the picture and say something about them!

First things first, the blue shirt at the top! I purchased this shirt at Maurice's, it has black lace around the neckline and down the middle of the shirt and it sort of bunches together as he goes down. I just thought this was so adorable and on sale. Original price on the shirt was 21.98 and I got it for 14.36 which I thought was a great deal.

Two pairs of shoes, one pair of flip flops and one pair of gladiator sandals. I got both of these at Walmart, the white flip flops were 2.98 and I wanted a pair but I only need them for one day so I thought the cheap pair would work out fine.  The gladiators were just too cute to leave at Walmart, I paid 10.00 for them which I thought was very reasonable, they also had them in black and brown.

I stopped by bath and body works and picked up the three spring scents travel sized lotions that I talked about in my previous post, a charmed life body mist, and 2 Slatkin and Co. Mini Candles and holders. The 3 travel size lotions were .99 cents a piece, the charmed life body mist was originally 12.50 but I got it for 1.75 on sale, and the Slatkin and Co. mini candles were originally 3.50 each but I got them for 1.25 each with 2 free candle holders!

I recieved a Target Beauty Bag in the mail for free, its a little cosmetic bag full of beauty samples that you sign up for on facebook, they only have so many so you have to be fast. I was lucky enough to get one and inside the little bad was a sample of Magic Lumi Illuminator, Simple Skin Care Makeup Wipes, Nivea Lotion, and a Neutrogena cleanser. When I use these products I will be sure to let everyone know how they are.

I stopped by a discount store in my town and picked up a few more things. I picked up a 4 pack of Soft Soap Coconut Scrub Bar Soap because it is my absolute favorite and I paid 2.00 for it. I picked up the Organix shampoo and conditioner in the scent Pomegranate Green Tea, I paid 2.50 each for them which I thought was a steal. I picked up the got2b Guardian Angel flat Iron protectant because I had heard some good things about it, I paid 1.00 for it which is great. I was so surprised they had it so I snatched it up.  The last thing I picked up there was the Orly Sec N' Dry Top Coat and I paid 1.99 for it.

I also stopped at my local Dollar Tree and picked up three things for 1.00 each. I picked up the 12 Color Profusion Eyeshadow Palette. I have since took it out of the packaging but they are all very pearly/shimmery colors. I picked up the L.A. Colors Eyeshadow Trio in Southern Belle. It has a bright purple color, a bright blue, and a very pretty teal. The last thing I picked up there was the L.A. Colors Bronzer in the shade Bronze Glow. I think this bronzer will suit my skintone so I will let everyone know how that goes!

While I was at Walmart getting my two pair of shoes I picked up the E.L.F. Contouring Blush and Bronzer in the shade Blushed and Bronzed for 3.00 because I had heard it is a dupe for Nars Orgasm and Laguna Duo.

Last thing I recieved I got in the mail for free by using an amazon gift card that I earned for FREE off of swagbucks.com. I will put a link below on how you can earn your own amazon gift cards, all you do is sign up and start earning swagbucks! It takes me about a week to earn a 5.00 amazon giftcard but I am not online 100% of my time. But, I earned a couple and placed a few orders on amazon and got the NYX Jumbo eyeshadow pencil in Milk because I surprisingly have never had it before and I thought I'd try it out.

I then stopped by Rue 21 and picked up a few jewelry items on sale!

I have really been into bracelets latley and the whole arm candy thing. The first bracelet I picked up I got for .50 cents and it is the orange disco ball like bracelet which is so shiny I love it. The next one was the large white beaded bracelet which I got for 1.25. The last set of bracelets are the rhinestone ones which I picked up all of tehm for 2.00. The heart ring i picked up for 1.00 and its so big and is a stretchy ring so I can wear it on any finger!

Thanks for reading about my hauling I hope you enjoyed it!

April Favorites

Hiya Everybody! I am here to tell you about my favorite products that I have been using in the month of April. There aren't many so this should be quick. I hope you enjoy!

My first favorite for the month of April is my E.L.F. Makeup Mist and Set! I love this stuff, I have reviewed it before and mentioned it in a few other blogs but its just great. This is available online, at Walmart, and at Target. For just 3.00 this does an amazing job at making my makeup stay on and last all day. Next is my NYM or Not Your Mothers Shes a Tease Volumizing Hairspray. This is infused with apple blossom and bamboo and the smell is to die for. This holds my hair in place all day without making it crunchy or heavy. This is 5.00 at Walmart. I am not sure what other places it is sold because I have only seen it at Walmart. I love the entire NYM line that Walmart carries, everything in the line is 5.00 so its super affordable and you get some amazing products. Next is my NYX 5 Color Eyeshadow Palette from the Caribbean Collection in I Dream of Nevis. These are all neutral eyeshadows and a great white color I like to use as a base. Look out for my everyday neutral eyeshadow routine later on in the week using this palette. I think I paid 8.00 for this at Ulta last summer but I am sure this is still available. When I bought it I never used it but lately I have been in love with it. Next is my Wet and Wild juicy lip balm with SPF 15 in the shade Raspberry. This smells like Raspberries as well and moisturizes my lips so well, I love it. I purchased this at Walgreens for 1.99 about a month and a half ago so I am sure they still have them. Last but not least has to be my favorite out of my monthly favorites, its my GrandeLASH MD Eyelash and Eyebrow Formula. This is supposed to help make your lashes or eyebrows grow. I use this on my upper lashes only and I use it before I go to bed at night. It has a small brush to apply it to the upper lash line. I recieved this as a gift from one of my friends who swears by it and I have always had short lashes and very few lashes but after using this for about 2 months now, I have so many lashes and they're so long. I have gotten compliments on my lashes and some people even thought I was wearing false lashes, this stuff works amazing! You can order this online and it is a bit pricey at 44.00 but it is extremely worth it. I hope you enjoyed my April Favorites, Thanks for reading!
