Studio Gear Holiday Palette

Hiya Everyone!

Here today to tell you all about the Studio Gear Holiday Palette! This palette includes a blush called Snowy Glow and 4 amazingly pigmented eyeshadows!

Above I swatched all the colors in the palette from top to bottom the colors are Frost, Platinum, Coal, Glimmer, and the blush is Snowy Glow. For some reason these colors remind me of the Hunger Games, its probably because one is named Coal and it reminds me on the mining district.

These colors are amazingly pigmented and would be great on any skin tone in my opinion.
The Platinum shade is my favorite because it is the most pigmented of the eyeshadows but they are all pigmented.

The packaging of the palette is great except I wish they would have included a mirror instead of the directions that you cannot use. In the directions on the top it labels the colors by number from where they are in the palette but they are placed differently in the palette than in the picture.
It would have made the palette better if there was a mirror but all in all this is a great little palette. It would be great to give someone as a Christmas gift or put in their stocking.

This palette retails for 40.00 but is on sale on the site (link below) right now for 25.00 and I have a special 10% off coupon code for my readers that never expires!

NYC New York Color Big Bold Plumping and Shine Lip Gloss

Hiya!
I'm here today telling you all about the NYC New York Color Big Bold Plumping and Shine Lip Gloss. That's a mouth full! I received this product complimentary from influenster last month to try out and review.

When I got it I thought, oh another lip gloss to add to my collection but when I used it I found this very comparable to my urban decay pocket rocket glosses that I love so much!

The colors in this line are phenominal and they all smell like desserts in my opinion!

The gloss has a tiny bit of shimmer but not a lot, about the perfect amount. I didn't notice any plumping of my lips but a good gloss is enough. Its sticky but not overly sticky to where your lips stick together and it becomes a sticky mess.

The applicator wand on this product is HUGE! It makes it a little more difficult to apply but it works just the same!

I hope you enjoyed my quick little review!

Lorac Rockin Red Hot Lip Gloss Minis

Hiya!

I'm going to talk today about the Lorac Rockin' Red Lip Gloss Minis Set. This set is available from Sephora, Ulta, and Amazon for 20.00 for the holiday season. The full size set is available for 27.00.

In the set you receive 6 mini lip glosses which I have swatched below with their names. All of these glosses smell like candy and frosting which is a plus and they are just the right amount of sticky! You receive a red gloss, some pink glosses, and a nude gloss in the set. I think this set would be suitable for anyone because the colors are so versatile and you get 6 colors to try out without spending a ton of money.

Swatched from top to bottom the names are Encore, Solo, Tour, Groupie, Electric, and Amp.
My personal favorites are Solo and Groupie. I think these glosses would be flattering on most skin tones because they are sheer except Groupie. Groupie is an opaque pink lip gloss. It looks gorgeous on!

This set is a great value if you are looking to try a lot of glosses at once and the glosses are high end amazing glosses!

I had never tried anything from Lorac before these and these made me want to try more glosses and some eyeshadows. I'm looking at the Lorac Pro Palette, anyone have this? Comment Below!

Apple Super Lash Mascara

Hiya Everyone!

I recently discovered a new mascara, its not new on the market but its new to me. I thought I would try it because the mascara is so cheap on Amazon. All of the types of Apple Mascara are under 5.00, its crazy. I purchased two types one in Avocado and one in Mamey. Both of the mascara's are black.  I will be telling you about both of them!

The wands on both of the mascaras seem to be the same and they both go on black as I said. It seems that the Avocado mascara has avocado extract in it and Mamey has mamey extract in it. Apple Cosmetics are products of Mexico.

I have abandoned my favorite Clinique mascara in favor of the Apple Super Lash Avocado Mascara.
They both work extremely well, my lashes look super full and it doesn't flake off of my lashes like some mascaras do. Even though these mascaras aren't water proof they still work amazingly, Apple does make a water proof mascara that is the light blue tube pictured below.

The Avocado mascara made my lashes look extremely long but not spidery. If you layered the mascara you could make it look spider like if that's what you desired. The avocado mascara does have a strong avocado scent in the tube but it disappears with use.

These are some of those mascaras that the more dried out they get the better, if that makes any sense. I love them both and they both work extremely well but I favor the avocado for the fact that it is easier to remove from my lashes than the mamey. I am not sure why that is but they both have the same results on the lashes and do not clump up. The Mamey gives a tiny bit more volume and the avocado gives more length but its only a tiny bit, almost unnoticeable.

I will be purchasing more of these in the different types pictured below. Comment if your interested in hearing about them!
